Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant I. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with routine account-related requests, such as funds transfers, stop payments, and account inquiries.
  • Provide support with online and mobile banking, including help with enrolling, utilizing Bill Pay, and accessing eStatements.
  • Perform general maintenance of customer accounts, including address changes and check orders.
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as a liaison between other bank departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
