Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by clinical staff, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related clinical field, such as Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Clinical license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
