Manufacturing Technician Associate

**About the Role**
Sanders Industries Holdings is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for operating continuous molding machines/presses and trimming and buffing parts according to instructions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work well with others.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced materials and engineered components, with a focus on high-value end markets such as aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductors, robotics, energy, and industrial.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate press to mold rubber or plastic parts according to specifications
- Remove finished or cured products from dies or molds using hand tools and air hoses
- Ability to trim excess material from parts using knives and hands to meet specifications
- Monitor machine performance, identify errors, and take corrective action
- Ability to trim, buff, or clean parts as instructed by process router and specifications
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machines safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus $.50 cent shift differential for 2nd shift.
