Job Description:

Quality Control Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team at Interaction24, LLC in San Clemente, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control checks and implementing corrective actions to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the production team.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as food science, quality assurance, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
