We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Eversource Energy. As a key member of our Distribution Engineering group, you will play a critical role in the strategic development, expansion, and maintenance of our power distribution system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engineering and technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems in power distribution systems.
- Ensure the accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, and monitoring of work activities.
- Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, and documentation related to defined problems and analysis.
- Conduct engineering studies and complete non-routine engineering projects with minimal oversight.
- Develop positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities and maintain accurate records and files.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of related experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of utility power systems and experience with power-related software is preferred.
