Job Title: General Manager

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Truck Care operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck care facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of truck care operations, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail, restaurant, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
