About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation and post to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Complete general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements and contributing to a smooth audit process.
• Assist with the month-end close process, showcasing your commitment to timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, highlighting your academic achievements.
• Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, showcasing your proficiency in financial management.
• Possess proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, showcasing your analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Exhibit a detail and deadline-oriented approach, ensuring precision in financial processes.
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, contributing to effective financial management.
• Be team-oriented, enjoying collaboration with others and communicating effectively in a dynamic work environment.
