We are seeking an exceptional Leadership Development Manager to drive sales and training excellence across our PacOne South Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, empowering associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Role:
- You will lead the development and implementation of sales and training strategies that drive business results, enhance associate engagement, and foster a culture of excellence.
- As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Training, Marketing, and Business Operations, to design and deliver high-impact training programs that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- You will work closely with site leaders, trainers, and presenters to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- You will analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted interventions to address skill gaps and drive performance enhancements.
- You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, training, or leadership development, with a proven track record of success in driving business results and improving associate engagement.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using learning management systems and other technology platforms preferred.
