**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Ascension St. Vincent Carmel hospital in Carmel, IN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and support the growth and development of our staff.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.* Bachelor's Degree preferred* 1 year of Emergency RN experience preferred* ACLS preferred* PALS preferred
