Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Performance Auditor to join our team at Raising Cane's. As a key member of our Restaurant Support Office, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive on-site evaluations to ensure our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, customer experience, and brand protection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant leadership or QA experience, preferably within the fast food or casual dining industry. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the results of your evaluations to multiple groups across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to assess restaurant performance against our detailed standards
  • Communicate evaluation results to restaurant operators, regional managers, and other stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and programs to improve restaurant performance
  • Manage travel and expenses related to on-site evaluations
  • Provide feedback on programs and systems to improve performance management and operational excellence
Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of restaurant standards and industry-wide safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interact with customers
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology systems quickly
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant leadership or QA experience, preferably within the fast food or casual dining industry
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000-$87,000 annually, plus an auto allowance, communication allowance, and performance bonus. Additionally, you will be eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
