Product Design Manager

At ServiceNow, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where all voices are heard, valued, and respected. We're seeking a Product Design Manager to join our Product Design team, which uses human-centered design principles to create product experiences that our users love.

This role is part of our Platform Design team, which is responsible for designing usable, scalable, and best-in-class experiences that power ServiceNow's products. As a Product Design Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of products, work closely with Product and Engineering teams, and lead your team through rapid iteration of design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of products and act as a mentor and manager to subordinates
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from strategic definition to tactical execution of Product Roadmaps
  • Assist in conducting user needs assessment, task analysis, and develop user profiles
  • Develop high-level task flow content and communicate concepts and vision to others
  • Lead your team through rapid iteration of design concepts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Design and/or Interaction Design field
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to lead teams and distill complex problems into elegant solutions

  • A competitive salary range of $173,800 - $304,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
