Case Management Assistant

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Case Management Assistant to join our ISAP team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the ISAP office, ensuring the efficient operation of the program. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and communicating with program participants, maintaining case records, performing data entry, and assisting the Program Manager and Case Specialists with case coordination and communication with the contracting agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with ISAP program participants, community visitors, agency personnel, and general visitors.
- Maintain program participant case records on the computer system.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist the Program Manager and Case Specialists with case coordination, communication with the contracting agency, and routine clerical tasks.
Requirements:
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least two years of work experience in a similar position, including experience working with multi-cultural contacts preferred. Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination is required. United States citizenship is required, as well as living in the United States for three out of the last five years. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Good computer skills, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and even temperament are necessary.
