We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school district team in Fulshear, Texas. As an SLPA, you will collaborate with speech-language pathologists to implement effective speech therapy plans, work with students in both one-on-one and group settings, and assist in tracking and reporting progress to the therapy team and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
- Provide direct support to students with communication disorders in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Assist in tracking and reporting student progress to the therapy team and parents.
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas SLPA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
- Schools experience is a plus, but not required.
- CFYs are encouraged to apply.
