Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Synergy Children's Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, addressing dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders in children, and developing tailored treatment plans to enhance communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech therapy sessions with children
  • Address dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders
  • Develop tailored treatment plans
  • Work closely with families to promote lasting and self-motivated success for each child
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification
  • Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating speech and language disorders
  • Knowledge of various therapy techniques and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
