Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and treatment modalities to individual patients
- Assist with procedures, remove sutures, clean wounds, and apply dressings
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
- Support principles of quality care, compassion, dignity, and comprehensive continuum of care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Assess patient education needs and plan, implement, and document patient education
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Document patient records according to established protocol
- Perform and demonstrate technical skills specific to assigned Ambulatory setting
- Associate degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- One year experience in an acute, urgent care, or outpatient setting
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
