Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording account information and processing orders.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
  • Strong phone, email, and chat handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally and with empathy.
