Position Overview
The role involves ensuring the functionality of multi-user computing environments, which includes collaboration with network specialists. Responsibilities encompass establishing a new Active Directory framework. This individual will oversee a site with approximately 120 personnel, managing the entire ecosystem from networking to server operations. Coordination with current engineers at Compunnel Inc. will be essential to maintain site availability.
Essential Skills
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and later versions
• Ability to design, implement, secure, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Group Policy, Hyper-V, and Remote Desktop Services
• Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge systems
• Experience in executing data migrations
• Competence in configuring Cisco network routers and switches
• Skills in network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN technology
• Understanding of network cabling
• Experience with network packet capture techniques
• Proficiency in remote access solutions
Preferred Skills
Experience with Cisco, Windows, Citrix, Microsoft, and Palo Alto technologies
Required Experience
8+ years with High School diploma, 4+ years with Associate's degree, 2+ years with Bachelor's degree, and 0+ years with Master's degree
