Job Summary:

As an Education Specialist with the Alabama State Department of Education, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a positive rapport with students, motivating them to develop essential skills, attitudes, and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective instructional strategies to engage students and promote academic growth.
Maintain accurate and complete records as required by law, system policy, and administrative regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations, and Board policy.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with students and their parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
