Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Sales to ensure the accuracy and currency of sales forecast data.
  2. Analyze sales forecasts and projects to formulate a production plan that meets customer demands.
  3. Engage with the sales team to share customer and project information, anticipating future needs.
  4. Work alongside Supply Chain colleagues to implement a production strategy that aligns with customer requirements while optimizing production capabilities.
  5. Keep management informed about current capacity situations.
  6. Review and adjust production, work, and shipment schedules, coordinating with relevant departments to track progress and completion timelines.
  7. Assist the Planning Team in developing a long-term production strategy, considering future capacity needs.
  8. Provide Help Desk support for the Sales team in your designated area, addressing unresolved customer issues.
  9. Support the Planning Team in creating business processes that adapt to evolving business requirements.
  10. Collect, organize, and analyze data on raw materials and finished goods to inform inventory management decisions.

Perform any other related duties as assigned.
