Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales to ensure the accuracy and currency of sales forecast data.
- Analyze sales forecasts and projects to formulate a production plan that meets customer demands.
- Engage with the sales team to share customer and project information, anticipating future needs.
- Work alongside Supply Chain colleagues to implement a production strategy that aligns with customer requirements while optimizing production capabilities.
- Keep management informed about current capacity situations.
- Review and adjust production, work, and shipment schedules, coordinating with relevant departments to track progress and completion timelines.
- Assist the Planning Team in developing a long-term production strategy, considering future capacity needs.
- Provide Help Desk support for the Sales team in your designated area, addressing unresolved customer issues.
- Support the Planning Team in creating business processes that adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data on raw materials and finished goods to inform inventory management decisions.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
