This role involves conducting meetings with clients, facilitating data collection, maintaining records, and overseeing significant client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) partners, and internal teams as the subject matter expert.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing service details and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure the timely and effective implementation of accounts.
- Deliver client-level business insights and data to showcase the value of PrudentRx during client interactions.
- Handle complex client requests and escalations with professionalism and care.
- Oversee post-implementation account claims, manage client presentations, and assist in resolving issues related to members and coding.
- Safeguard and accurately manage sensitive client information across various systems while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct quarterly assessments and stay current with all required training, including participation in key calls and meetings.
- Lead or collaborate on team initiatives as necessary.
- Fulfill ongoing learning and training requirements as dictated by departmental and organizational needs.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving assessment.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Background in healthcare or relevant client management, implementation, or sales.
- Minimum of 2 years in client, sales, or account management roles.
Employees must have reliable, high-speed internet access with adequate bandwidth to perform job functions. A private workspace free from distractions is also required.
Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWork is primarily conducted in a home office environment using company-provided equipment. Regular sitting and talking are required, along with occasional standing and walking. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
