About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Guest Support Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders accurately, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer orders into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Process payments and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Schedule deliveries and maintain open orders, communicating status with customers as needed
  • Responsible for the security of cash and other legal tender, and prepare daily deposits according to company policies
  • Assist with showroom displays, tagging, and other tasks as needed to maintain a customer-friendly environment
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products and excellent phone manner
  • Strong cash handling skills, excellent verbal and listening skills, and strong interpersonal and human relations skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use sound judgment and decision-making
