Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients as assigned. You will maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures. You will also communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
- Assume role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
