  2. Prepare healthy meals for residents and ensure their dietary needs are met.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  4. Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive quality care.
