At AIG, we're reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference in the world. As a Senior Underwriter in our Private Non-Profit team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of achieving goals and outcomes in our Private Non-Profit management liability team.
  • Oversee a range of programs and processes, handling complex underwriting with ease.
  • Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, and a risk mindset.
  • Build effective relationships with brokers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and learning, mentoring and developing colleagues through effective leadership and training programs.
  • Play a key role in new business development, attending broker events and building new relationships across the market.
What You'll Need
  • Proven underwriting experience in management liability (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, K&R) and a successful record of selling products to clients in the private non-profit space.
  • Deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Proven people management skills and a record of developing more junior colleagues.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer and sales-orientated behaviors, including being motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.
What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 - $111,000, plus a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
