Executive Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our non-profit organization in its mission to bridge the gap between research and access to care for youth struggling with mental health challenges. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising, organizational growth, and leadership in the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our research and programs.
- Provide visionary leadership to advance the mission and objectives of our organization, ensuring alignment with our values and strategic goals.
- Oversee the development, delivery, and quality of our programs and services, ensuring they are responsive to needs and aligned with our strategic goals.
- Act as a brilliant storyteller and communicator, effectively conveying our mission, vision, and impact to diverse audiences through various channels.
- Ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently, with effective systems in place for human resources, technology, and financial management.
- Provide leadership to and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, by providing support, communication, and reports that allow the board to effectively carry out its fiduciary role.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector, with a proven track record of success in fundraising and organizational growth.
- Experience managing a non-profit staff team and board of directors, demonstrating strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Capacity for deep understanding of mental health research and evidence-based interventions, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with major donors, foundation partners, and corporate grant makers, resulting in significant financial support for organizational priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and engage others through compelling storytelling and advocacy.
