Job Summary:

3M is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Clarkston, Georgia. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 2nd and 3rd shifts. The starting rate is $20.21, and new hires start with 3 weeks of paid vacation. We also offer health, vision, and dental benefits starting on day one, as well as an employee stock discount and 401K match of 5%.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Accurately record production data
  • Perform all casting and impregnation production processes, including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes
  • Operate equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
  • Identify problems and work with process engineers to resolve them

Requirements:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Minimum six months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Work Location: Onsite – Clarkston, Georgia
