About the Role

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time board certified or board eligible Palliative Care physician to join its team in Edmonds, Washington. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing inpatient palliative care as part of a strong value-driven team at Swedish Edmonds Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care
  • Experience working in a palliative care setting (inpatient preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $252,644 and $327,660. Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
