About the Role: As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in a mixed Tele and IMCU environment. Your responsibilities will include managing respiratory failure, cardiac issues, and renal conditions in adult and geriatric patients. You will also handle special procedures, such as pre/post cardiac cath, chest tube management, and administer various medications using specialized equipment like EKG machines, syringe pumps, and wound vacuums.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with active or in-process WA license, ACLS, and BLS certifications. Additionally, you should be skilled in administering medications, handling special procedures, and working effectively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
