Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to women experiencing childbirth and other obstetric complications
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, address concerns, and improve patient satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including vital signs, lab results, and treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of recent experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • A current RN license in good standing
  • Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a salary of $87,488 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
