Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to enhance our procurement operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our supply chain processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies that align with our corporate goals.
  • Processing purchase requisitions from our internal systems and ensuring timely fulfillment of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) needs.
  • Maintaining accurate data within our ERP and document management systems.
  • Regularly updating purchase order statuses and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve optimal pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinating with logistics providers and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and quality assurance of products.
  • Conducting site visits and risk assessments to evaluate potential and existing suppliers.
  • Preparing reports on Key Performance Indicators and conducting relevant analyses.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at cost reduction and inventory management.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to the production floor where personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Physical Requirements
The role requires regular communication and minimal physical activity. Employees should expect occasional prolonged periods of sitting.

Qualifications
Mandatory:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Candidates with a high school diploma and extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
Desirable:
Additional educational qualifications are a plus.
