  • Restaurant Operations: Open or close the restaurant as needed, and inform the next Shift Leader about pending tasks to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintenance and Training: Report maintenance and training needs to ensure that the restaurant is always well-maintained and that staff are properly trained.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
