Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Bowman Williams. As a critical member of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and driving growth through technical innovation.

About the Role: This is a remote position with occasional visits to client sites in NW/West/SW Houston. You will work closely with our team to provide top-notch support for Microsoft core business applications, virtual environments on Azure and VMware, and Microsoft-related technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint, and virtualization technologies.
  • Implement and maintain remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Monitor and manage computer systems, network infrastructure, and remote monitoring and management systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Document processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working for an MSP.
  • Must be located in Houston, TX, with occasional travel to client sites.
