Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Staffing Technologies. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as maintaining compliance with federal and state payroll standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and third-party payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Audit employee pay records and reconcile totals by departmental cost center, location, etc.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementations.
  • Work directly with employees to resolve outstanding payroll inquiries.
  • Ensure FLSA status is correct in the system per employee.
  • Interpret pay policies and ensure amounts/deductions are calculated and applied correctly.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state payroll standards.
  • May assist with audits and prepare tax reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
