We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Instructor to support a large aerospace client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft electrical and mechanical systems, as well as teaching and instructor classroom delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confer with management/client to understand work situation
  • Recommend plans for development of instructional methods and delivery of individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Select teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  • Deliver training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty
  • Provide student course exams to measure and evaluate effectiveness and success in the required course material
  • Evaluate training programs and report on trainee progress
  • Maintain training programs and materials

Qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft
  • Experience in electrical and/or mechanical systems highly desirable
  • Experience teaching/instructor classroom delivery experience
