Job Overview

MadLab is seeking an experienced Aviation Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.

You will source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Your coordination and scheduling skills will be essential in managing the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding candidates.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting
