Role Summary
McAlvain Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Manager to lead our concrete construction efforts. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of concrete construction principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. We are offering an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and at least 5 years of experience as a Concrete Project Engineer. Strong proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Primavera is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of safety standards, including OSHA 30 or greater, and self-starter qualities with leadership goals are highly valued.

Responsibilities and Expectations
This role involves overseeing concrete construction efforts, creating a proactive safety culture, administering project safety programs, providing technical assistance, and participating in purchasing and scheduling commitments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project procedures and standards, reinforcing industry and company standards, and taking a lead role in decision making to ensure procurement, submittal, or other project management functions are managed effectively.
