Role Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a basic-to-intermediate level of technical expertise necessary for the installation and integration of Avaya products. This includes:
- Avaya Implementation Professional Specialist (AIPS) – Proficiency in implementing Avaya solutions.
- Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) – Skills in the installation and integration of Avaya products.
- Avaya Certified Integration Specialist (ACIS) – Experience in integrating Avaya solutions with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote support for Avaya Telephony software and related applications, utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic tools.
- Engage in proactive monitoring of the environment, providing customer support and troubleshooting Telephony-related issues.
- Act as an internal representative during critical escalations, offering effective solutions.
- Work independently within defined criteria to resolve a variety of moderately complex challenges.
- Interact with product users, including external customers, through virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to concerns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting Enterprise Voice solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Avaya technology stack is essential.
- Experience with AVAYA Workplace, AVAYA Workspaces, AVAYA Communication Manager, and AVAYA Session Manager is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Capacity to quickly learn new systems and effectively analyze complex scenarios to solve problems.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and other relevant team members.
