Job responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care, collaborating with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, educating patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies is also essential.
