Job Summary

CoreSite is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician I to join our team. As a Data Center Technician I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of our data centers. You will assist in day-to-day operations, including security functions, general site response, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the operational integrity of the data center, including security functions and general site response.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or security-related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
