At Skillwork, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair.
  • Provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
  • Work with multiple skill clusters, including electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, including shafts, bearings, gear boxes, pumps, motors, drives, and 3-phase power.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automation and controls troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Educationally certified through a tech/trade school beyond high school.
