Job Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Youth Services Specialist to join our team at the Clermont County Public Library. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and presenting programs for children and teens, conducting storytimes, and providing direct customer service to the public.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative programs for youth and families in the library and as outreach to the community
  • Provide reference and reader's advisory services to patrons of all ages
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the library's collections, technology, and services
  • Collaborate with community partners to develop and maintain partnerships
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in computer usage and electronic devices
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
