Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Program team by performing various project management and administrative tasks. This position is responsible for conducting research, maintaining project tracking systems, coordinating with vendors and service providers, drafting reports, managing program team correspondence, and assisting in the timely completion of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support project initiatives.
• Maintain and update project management tracking systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate project needs.
• Draft reports and manage correspondence for the program team.
• Assist in ensuring that project tasks are completed within set deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience in the shipbuilding or manufacturing industries is highly desired.
