Our Hospitality Service Support Specialists play a vital role in ensuring that food and beverage services operate seamlessly. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as:
- Setting tables to enhance the dining atmosphere.
- Assisting culinary teams to maintain efficiency in the kitchen.
- Cleaning and organizing workspaces to uphold our high standards.
- Replenishing supplies to ensure smooth service flow.
Every position within our establishment requires a commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
As a Hospitality Service Support Specialist, you will be actively engaged in your role, which may involve:
- Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Managing menu items with attention to detail.
- Performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Success in this role is essential for delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing positively to our business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
Related Work Experience:
While no specific experience is required, prior exposure to a food and beverage setting is advantageous.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience is necessary.
License or Certification:
None required.
