Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support across multiple HR functions with minimal supervision.
- Conduct research and analyze data to formulate recommendations for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, advising management and staff accordingly.
- Oversee the employment process, including performance evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist management and employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
- Offer guidance to junior HR staff as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.

- Alternatively, an Associate's degree with two years of professional experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience will be considered.
This role involves desk work, including writing, computer tasks, and phone communications, requiring extended periods of sitting.
Work Environment:
This position operates on a 4 x 10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, with specific hours.
