  • PRN, Per Diem Pay: $45.00 per hour with sign-on bonuses available for various shifts.

Responsibilities:

Your role will involve ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan by championing the Select Medical Way, which emphasizes patient-first principles, enhancing community quality of life, pursuing continuous improvement, delivering high-quality care, and acting with integrity.

* Managing admissions and/or transfers to the unit.

  • Conducting initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation through appropriate systems.
  • Analyzing assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
  • Ensuring accurate transcription and processing of medical orders.
  • Demonstrating competence in Rapid Response and code situations.
  • Promoting ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educating and advising patients and their families.

Minimum requirements:

  • Valid State RN License is mandatory.
  • BLS certification is required upon hire.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire (Agency RNs must have ACLS upon first shift; PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred qualifications that will enhance your success:

  • Prior clinical experience is preferred.
