AIML Engineering Program Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

At Apple, we're looking for an exceptional Engineering Program Manager who is passionate about our products and values, with a strong background in infrastructure technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This is a highly technical, hands-on position where you will work with our Foundation Model platform and infrastructure teams to optimize inference for cutting-edge model architectures.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of building production-grade solutions to launch models serving millions of customers in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with vendors to understand their roadmap and delivery timeline, and communicate effectively with engineering teams on solutions.
- Work with stakeholders on new and existing projects, driving functional and technical design discussions, cross-functional negotiations, planning, execution, delivery, documentation, and more.
- Build relationships across the AIML organization and facilitate communication between groups.
- Be the voice for our customers, delivering the highest quality experience.
- 3+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
- High operational precision and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience, covering global internet services, large-scale and international user bases, distributed computing, and product dependencies.
- Strong technical experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
- Engineering experience is a plus.
