We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to join our Cloud Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum availability of our services in production environments.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, SRE, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure the stability and reliability of our infrastructure.
- Assist Production Engineering teams with support of production environments, identifying and resolving issues, and proposing future-proofing solutions.
- Advocate for process improvements and tools to ensure production environments are stable and reliable.
- Drive functional and technical design discussions, cross-functional negotiations, planning, execution, delivery, and documentation.
- Develop comprehensive, real-time analytics and reporting on key operational measurements for quality, performance, capacity, and reliability.
- Build relationships across the AIML organization and facilitate communication between groups.
- Represent the voice of our customers, delivering the highest quality experience.
- 5+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of SRE and Cloud Engineering principles and goals, along with global on-call and asynchronous work experience with globally distributed teams.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience, covering global internet services, large-scale international user bases, distributed computing, and product dependencies.
- Strong technical experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure, with engineering experience a plus.
- Innate drive to improve how things work, with a proven track record of driving dramatic improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and solve complex technical issues.
- Capability to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.
