Position Overview
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is in search of a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be tasked with:
  • Installing and maintaining a variety of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), machine tools, and accessories.
  • Conducting service calls at customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to company products.
  • Providing technical assistance to fellow service representatives and customers.
  • Ensuring timely preparation and completion of service and expense reports related to your responsibilities.
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while representing Hexagon professionally.
  • Performing assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing control systems.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • An Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of technical coursework and experience.
  • The ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, and software systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
