Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Foster a consumer-centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
  • Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead a team to exceed sales results and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required.
