Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and visual merchandising standards to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Organize and distribute tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Mango's visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
